Housing for Independent Applicants

　Unfortunately, SNG does not have a sufficient number of staff members to assist students in their search for housing.
　Therefore applicants must contact housing companies directly and complete a contract with a housing company without assistance from SNG.
　As most Japanese real estate agencies and landlords will not rent to foreigners without a Japanese guarantor and SNG cannot act as one, housing options are limited to the following companies, all of which do not require guarantors and are intended for short-term use.
　Students who are applying through one of our overseas offices are advised to contact their respective offices regarding housing as further assistance may be available.
