2. We will meet with the student online as part of the admission process.
3. Notification of interview acceptance or rejection
4. If you pass the interview, you will receive an application form and be informed of the required documents
5. Payment of the screening fee of ¥30000
6. Prepare the necessary documents
7. Check document data
8. Send the original documents by mail
9. Our school will apply for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) at the Immigration Office.
10. Once your COE has been successfully granted, you will be required to pay the enrollment fee, tuition, and other expenses.
11. After we confirmed the school fees are paid, we will mail the COE and other documents to the student.
12. Students go through visa procedures for a student visa at their closest Japanese embassy or consulate abroad.
13. Arrange lodging and purchase airline tickets
14. Arrive in Japan, enter school

The students who are enrolled in our school can take EJU preparation classes free of charge. (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)

Students take Japanese classes in the morning and EJU preparation classes in the afternoon.

The examinations are held annually in June and November.

After enrollment, students can apply for various scholarships, and if they meet the scholarship requirements, they can complete the application process at our school.

*Depending on nationality, it may be necessary that the student has passed the JLPT (N5 or higher) or a similar exam and fulfills other specific requirements to be eligible for admission.

Program Name	Target Group
General Program	Those who want to study with an emphasis on communication. Those who want to learn Japanese language step by step.
Intensive Program	Those who wish to enter a vocational school, university, or graduate school. Those who wish to learn Japanese in a short period of time.

The pace of the programs is different, but the content of study is generally the same. Program selection is made just prior to the class start. A placement test and interview with a teacher will be held to determine the class.
