Project Presentation (Jyokyu2 Shingaku class)

On August 26, 2025, the Advanced II College Prep class held a project presentation session.
The two groups we covered in this report worked on the themes of Universal Design and Population Decline.

The group that chose Universal Design introduced familiar examples from daily life as they proceeded with their presentation. Because they focused on things that everyone had likely seen at least once, the audience of students was naturally drawn in, which left a strong impression.

What was also striking was how the presenters spoke in their own words, supporting each other with Japanese expressions when needed, a true model of collaborative learning. Some even developed their presentation based on personal experiences, making it both convincing and relatable.

The group that tackled Population Decline referred to official data as they delved into the core issues Japan is facing. Although the topic was challenging and involved technical terms, they skillfully replaced difficult expressions with more accessible ones in their spoken explanations, showing clear consideration for the audience.

They also made effective use of a mind map, which gave the presentation a visually clear and easy-to-follow structure. During the Q&A session, they engaged thoughtfully with each question and responded sincerely.

Both groups demonstrated a willingness to confront complex themes directly and convey their ideas in their own words, resulting in insightful and well-rounded presentations.
